Like any other network device proper network configuration is required. The problem with 3G is that on network with 300kbps and low port 80 seems to give problem, you solve the issue by changing the port to anything from 83-95. Port 80 is the default port. it those not mean that it always work. The lack of proper configuration those cause this type of incovenience making the device look bad.
