Please fix

If weve bought their hardware then we should be entitled to more than a lite version. And where are all those firmware updates they promote so much? Now, like others, I cant reach my box via 3G. Swell. Im gonna remember this when I update my surveillance.

3G doesnt work. Works fine on wifi from anywhere in the world, which means i have port forwarding set correctly (contrary to avnets FAQ regarding their crappy software not working over 3G. Im a power-user, everything is setup correctly, its a software problem specific to the very last update. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY!!! If you have old version, I suggest keeping it until this is fixed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!

Like any other network device proper network configuration is required. The problem with 3G is that on network with 300kbps and low port 80 seems to give problem, you solve the issue by changing the port to anything from 83-95. Port 80 is the default port. it those not mean that it always work. The lack of proper configuration those cause this type of incovenience making the device look bad. Try my advice and I hope this help F.

Im a installer/end user all my customers and I love eagle eye. Ive never had a problem using port 100.

I updated Jan 4 and it doesnt work anymore.... Sent emails to tech support and no answer....would be nice to have my cameras accessible while traveling...pretty ticked... Pleads fix it app!!!!!

It worked for me on 3G and WiFi, no issues at all.

This app is an excellent way to watch your security. Never had any troubles. This app deserves a 5 star rating. The only reason I havent given the 5 star rating is to gain the attention of the makers. Since the last upgrade on 15th February 2013, I get an error everytime I open the app. The error says "The network isnt available". Im not sure what this really means. But I hope you guys fix it in the next update. Again, definitely a 5 star app!!

Just updated the app now it has no audio, still doesnt work on 3G and stutters on wifi. It worked great 5 months ago!! Please restore to that version!

When it works its cool. However it keeps losing my security system info so I have to re-load my info. Drives me crazy!!
